Return and Refund Policy

Damaged or incorrect items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us by email at hello@canopyhomecollection.com, attaching photo(s) of the item and the packaging, so that we may review the situation.

Exchanges and returns

All exchanges or returns must be made within a maximum of 15 days after the delivery date, with the item in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

Exchanges or returns are not accepted for discounted items; made-to-order items; custom-made items; or items that show signs of use or damage after delivery.

Return costs and responsibility

Canopy Home Collection does not cover the costs associated with returns and is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during shipment of the returned product.

We recommend using a registered shipping service to allow the order to be tracked.

Items may also be returned or exchanged directly at our physical store.

Refunds

A refund of the amount paid will be issued after receipt and verification that the items are in good condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
