Welcome to Canopy
The character of an interior is built in the details.
In art, in textiles, in an unexpected object. In the subtle mix of eras and references. And, above all, in the way everything comes together and seems to simply belong there.
Canopy was born from that way of seeing.
For over two decades, Atelier Catherine Cabral has been creating interiors, each with its own identity, its own story, and its own character.
Country and beach houses, manor houses, contemporary apartments, and homes steeped in history have given the Atelier its own experience and language, enriched by different places, cultures, and ways of living. Each project brought new contexts, references, materials, and encounters, shaping, over the years, a very distinctive universe.
It is from this journey that Canopy Home Collection is born: a collection of art and antiques, furniture, lighting, and singular objects discovered through artists, artisans, and creators, alongside exclusive pieces designed by the Atelier itself — a creative strand that has always been part of its interiors.
Found pieces and created pieces, brought together with the same eye, attention to detail, and sense of character that define the work of Atelier Catherine Cabral.
Canopy brings this universe together in one place, making it available beyond the Atelier’s interior design projects.
Canopy is Beauty!
Why Canopy?
The love for fabrics, patterns, draperies, and "tents" inspired the name Canopy. One of the furniture pieces that embodies all these aesthetics is the canopy bed, the classic four-poster bed with a canopy.
From the 4th century to the courts of Louis XIV, canopy beds became a piece of extravagant creativity, adorned with brocaded silks, gold-thread embroidered trimmings, and ostrich feather finials—the golden age of these fascinating beds.
At Canopy, it's not just design, it's Lo Bello!
