In the confirmation email, you will find a number to track your order. If it did not arrive on time, we sincerely apologize and will do our best to send it promptly and without delay. If the estimated date has already passed, please contact us at hello@canopyhomecollection.com or directly with the delivery company.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with photo(s) at hello@canopyhomecollection.com

All exchanges must be made within a maximum of 15 days after the delivery date in their original packaging.
Exchanges or returns are not accepted for discounted items, custom orders, or made-to-measure products.
Canopyhomecollection does not cover the costs associated with returns and assumes no responsibility in case of loss or damage during the return shipment of the product. We advise using a registered shipping service for easy tracking of the order. Items can also be returned or exchanged directly at our physical store.

The refund of the paid amount is processed after receiving the items in good condition. The shipping cost is not refunded. Please contact hello@canopyhomecollection.com for more information.
